Mentor Struggles (Again)

Bringing some unfortunate news this week regarding the "mentor" portion of my project. I sent a few emails back and forth with Ms. DeMarco of Rostrum Records and we arranged to get on a call at some point to talk about my project. I'll spare you the screen shots of those emails, as they were rather short and not all that interesting. However, at some point we managed to come to an agreement to have our call on Friday, at which point I gave her my phone number and told her what times would work. However, I never received a call Friday, which confused me a bit. I'm assuming that Ms. DeMarco expected me to call, however, I had no number to contact and thus was not capable of making the call myself. So, in order to remedy this (hopefully), I sent the following email, which I will show you since I believe it's fairly important and a bit less dry than our other correspondence.

Hopefully we'll be seeing a response at some time in the near future, as this is going to be the bulk of my project's research and is something I find extremely important to the progression of my project. I know that these posts may be getting a bit stagnant though, so I'm working hard at some other aspects of the project, one of which being the street-performing aspect I discussed in the last post. Expect an update on that by next week, as I think I may have found a way to get involved with such, though we'll have to see. Again, I apologize for the nature of these last few posts, but I hope to hear from the folks at Rostrum Records soon, as well as updating on an entirely new part of the project by next week.
